Multi-Guide provides digital guided tours on Android and IOS based mobile devices.

There is no further need for costly audio guide devices, deposit handling and device mainte-nance. No further device loading, no need for replacing used up devices. No further standing in a line for waiting for the audio guide device in an appropriate language. It is not going to happen that visitors do not have access to information in a language available.

Visitors after downloading the free Multi-Guide application from their own application store (Google Play, AppStore)  can immediately reach the multimedia information of the exhibition on their smart phone or tablet via the wi-fi system supplied by the exhibition site or mobile internet by scanning the QR code available on their entrance ticket. The application is universal, at every exhibition place the very same application can be used. Uniquely among the applications available the contents not have to be downloaded previously, those are available online, in the order how visitors wish.

At a certain exhibition point the information can be text, picture, voice or video. At one exhibi-tion point more types of contents are possible with multiple chapters, which can be presented on the mobiles by entering the numbers of the exhibition points. During visiting the exhibition all the information is available at unlimited times. Tourist guiding is multilingual, it is up to the ex-hibition place which languages can be available and the contents uploaded. The language can be changed optionally from the languages available during the visit. The exhibition place can set up the “quite” mode requiring the use of headsets for audio and video contents to avoid the dis-turbance of other visitors.

Big advantage using the Multi-Guide system, pandemian rules and suggestions can be kept easily. Guided tours on tourist sites and spots, in museums and exhibition rooms can be offered also in pandemian circumstances.
Visitors using own devices is safer than using the devices given by the museum. There's no need disinfection of guiding devices, - this reduces the cost of the exhibitions places or tourist offices- safe social distance can be kept easily, it can be used in smaller groups, there's no need a local person as a tourist guide. (It’s also another cost saving factor.)

The operators can create the digital surroundings suitable for the exhibition on an easily man-ageable surface and upload their multimedia contents. The structure of the exhibition and its content can be changed dynamically at any time. After saving the modifications the contents are available immediately, no more steps are necessary.
